THREE KEY QUESTIONS TO ASK

I would love for you to ask these three questions at your work and let me know what response you get.

Question 1:

When it comes to supply chain strategy, does your company have one. In other words, does everyone know where north on the compass is?

Question 2:

What percentage of your company's employees are making decisions in alignment and in support of the supply chain strategy. In other words, what percentage of folks are rowing the boat in the same direction?

Question 3:

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, how well do folks in your company truly collaborate. In other words, how well is everyone playing nicely in the sandbox?

What I've found typically in answer to the three questions is "no, low, and 6" If you find in your work you have to address these questions, let me know. I have a great article I found on this that shows how much we are wasting by not dealing with these questions.
