ABOUT VCARE ACADEMY
A CUT ABOVE THE REST
VCARE Academy is the world's first knowledge body, established with its primary focus on the value chain. VCARE Academy’s aim is to focus on driving 100 percent practical and operational education, teaching both the WHAT and HOW of supply chain operations, setting a new direction and a different perspective to supply chain aspirants and has a global footprint.
THE WORLD’S FIRST
100% Authentic Practical Oriented Approach Certification
in Warehousing, Stores and Stock Management
CSSC
Certified Stores and Stock Controller
CSSC certification is designed to increase knowledge of the role of the store and warehouse, the functions of the store and warehouse personnel, how stock is managed and moved into through and out of the warehouse either to an internal customer or an external customer.

HOW DOES IT WORK.
Over a 24 hour period of time, you and your team will play 6 rounds of the simulation “The Fresh Connection” where you will take a company that manufactures and distributes orange juice products to customers and not only make the business profitable, but grow the business through expanding the marketplace. The focus of the competition will be to make supply chain decisions, logistical decisions, and distribution decisions that are aligned with and supportive of your strategy. The team will make sales promises such as what product to sell to what customers, supply chain promises such as how much safety stock and lot size to have for both components and products as well as what products will be stocked in what warehouses and distributed to what customers, how to staff and manage the factory and warehouses, and lastly what to negotiate for and purchase from various suppliers. The team with the highest weighted ROI at the end of the 6 rounds will be considered the winner

You must demonstrate your current attendance in or recently graduating (within the last term) with a degree in supply chain, logistics, or business degree from a US or Canadian 2 year program by completing the attached form (Link to a form to complete)
