Education is all about learning new ideas and new ways of doing your work.  It is easy to get stuck in a rut but if that happens you are at risk.  Whenever anything you do is documentable and repeatable, your job is at risk.  So you need to uncover new and interesting aspects of your work and learn.  It is like facets on a diamond.  Every time you look at it, you uncover a new perspective.
