AND THE WINNER IS..... NOBODY!!!

The topic was going to be coordination and I was going to give you a fictional story using the selected winner but nobody voted. YET!!!! this may be the best lesson of them all because the first reaction I got when i realized that nobody voted was "You CANT have coordination without collaboration. I thought i can't write if nobody voted.

But that may be the best lesson for all of us at work. It's impossible to have true coordination at work when we have no collaboration. The best we'll get is passive compliance and that doesn't win anything out in the marketplace

So I'll challenge you here to look at your work and see how much effective coordination you really have, and how much of it's affected by poor collaboration.

If you'd like to see what true collaboration and effective coordination feels like, come try out The Fresh Connection. After all, CEO magazine says on average, we waste 40% of the labor on our income statement due to poor alignment (coordination and collaboration)
