Chuck Nemer is a trainer and consultant in the areas of Lean, Leadership, and Operations Management. He has experience in various phases and forms of organizations, and his approach to training and consulting is very practical and people oriented.

He wants to make sure people “get it” and understand the material he presents in a very hands-on, directly applicable way. Chuck’s measure of success is when his learners and clients say ”This isn’t rocket science, I can do this myself!”
Chuck has worked with organizations on both a strategic and tactical level for 34 years. His style of Servant Leadership and Teaching ensures that no matter what level you are at in your organization, he will not quit until you succeed. Not only does he have combined expertise in the areas of Lean, Leadership, but he also has a strong background in Financial, Statistical, and Quality concepts and methodologies. He is also fluent in Spanish so that as our business culture becomes more diverse, he will be able to help the employee or learner when English is not their primary language.
Chuck currently lives in Somerset, Wisconsin with his wife of 33 years, Kathy. They have two children, and 3 dogs (including Tom-Tom). He is constantly learning in an effort to keep himself current with the continuing changes in his industry. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Master’s in Leadership and is certified as a CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) by the Association for Operations Management (APICS)
